Special Assembly on Labour Day
A special assembly was conducted by Nalanda House on 28th April 2023 to pay tribute to the support staff on the occasion of Labour Day. The celebration began with a prayer service. A mesmerizing Bengali folk dance was presented. Speeches of gratitude by students followed. The support staff were welcomed with traditional khada (holy scarf) and were given paper caps and ear-rings, handmade by the children themselves.
The Director, Mrs. Nandita Gurung, thanked and praised the school workers for their immense contribution and hard work. All received respect and recognition for their efforts.
